Gateway Payment Service inks MoU with Indian Fintech institutions; to offer intercountry QR based payment for citizens of both countries

Gateway Payment Service has inked MoU with NPCI International and Manam Infotec to have the different payment gateways in Nepal and India interlinked for the convenience of nationals from both nations.

Following the agreement, nationals from both countries can now use QR code scan and pay service while visiting their neighboring country while users of payment services like PayTM, Google pay, Fonepay in India can easily transfer money to bank accounts and digital wallets in Nepal, as per the media statement.

The MoU was signed between Chairman of Gateway Payment Service Mr. Kamalnath Pradhan, CEO of NPCI International Mr. Ritesh Sukla, and Director of Manam Infotec Mr. Nagababu Ramineni amid a program.
