Garima Capital convenes its 6th AGM; endorses 15.65% cash dividend to shareholders

Garima Capital has convened its 6^th AGM on Baisakh 11, 2079 under the leadership of its chairman.

The AGM has endorsed the decision to provide 15.65% cash dividend worth Rs 1.84 crore and all the financial reports as well as highlights of the previous FY, as per the media statement.

The AGM has also endorsed the proposal to amend its memorandum so as to provide more services like issue manager, share registrar, mutual fund manager, and so on.

The AGM also elected five new directors from the promoter group who include Mr. Dipak Pandey, Mr. Ramakant Baral, Mr. Yadav Kumar Shrestha, Mr. Madav Prasad Upadhya, and Mr. Anil Shrestha unanimously while the board meeting has appointed Mr. Dipak Pandey as the chairman of the company, as per the media statement.
