Garima Bikas Bank to distribute 13.75% dividends ; 12th AGM approves 10% bonus share and 3.75% cash dividend

NEPSE has published a notice regarding approval of proposed dividend of Garima Bikas Bank (GBBL). The development bank held its 12th AGM on Ashoj 26, 2075 where it proposed a total dividend of 13.75%. The company will distribute 10% Bonus Shares worth Rs.25.34 Crore and 3.75% cash dividend worth Rs 9.5 crore
After the distribution of 10% Bonus Shares, the paid-up capital of the company will stand at Rs.2.78 Arba
