Garima Bikas Bank opens new branch in Gagangauda, Lekhanath

Garima Bikas Bank Limited has opened its 39th branch office in Lower Gagan Gauda, Lekhanath. The new branch was inaugurated by Mr. Laxmi Prasad Tripathi, president of Lekhanath Udyog Banijya Sangh amidst a ceremony. Garima Bikas Bank Limited had merged with Nilgiri Bikas Bank and Subhechha Bikas Bank to form a national level development bank. Issuing a press statement, the bank said that it aims to open new branches in Lazimpat, Chabahil, Kalanki in Kathmandu, Manigram and Khaireni, Tamghas and in Kapilbastu in the near future. Garima bank branch opening news (1) The development bank has collected deposits worth Rs 13.37 arba and has disbursed Rs 12 arba in loans till the end of second quarter this year. The bank has been able to earn an operating profit of Rs 25.7 crore this year so far. Its 10th AGM conducted on Falgun 6, 2073 had endorsed 20% bonus share and a further right shares in the ratio 10:7.
