Financial Institutions Employees Association Nepal urges Beema Samiti to ensure the job security of people working in insurance companies
Financial Institutions Employee Association Nepal has urged Beema Samiti to ask for detailed plans from the insurance companies that are undergoing mergers and acquisitions about the adjustment of existing employees of these companies’ way before the beginning of such merger/acquisition process.
The employee association has urged the insurance sector regulator to provide an initial agreement for merger/acquisition to the insurance companies only after receiving a clear plan from the company, as per the media statement.
