Finance Ministry organizes budget review interaction with secretaries of all ministries; FM issue number of instructions to encourage capital expenditure and demotivate recurring kind of expense

Finance Minister Mr. Bishnu Paudel has instructed secretaries of all federal ministries to increase the capital expenditure and reduce the recurring expenditure so as to achieve the proper budget implementation amid the interaction event held at the ministry.

The minister has instructed the ministry to take care not to create more financial burden on the government by creating more positions as otherwise stated/required, not to demand additional budget in unplanned budget headings, and mobilize the estimated capital expenditure in war speed, to raise all the dues from every possible entity, and to prioritize the national pride projects while recommending for the upcoming budget, as per the media statement.
