Finance Minister Meets Business Community from East Nepal; Assures to Revise Budgetary Provisions Unfriendly Towards Development of Domestic Industries

Finance Minister Mr. Janardan Sharma has welcomed the industrialists and business communities from east Nepal to his office at Singhadurbar to discuss the reservations the community has towards the recently unveiled federal budget.

The federal minister has reiterated his stance that the recent provisions in the federal budget for the wire, ghee and oil products and sanitary pads have been made to protect the domestic producers also keeping in view that the Nepalese beneficiaries and consumers don’t suffer the burden of heavy taxation in the materials of daily necessity and hygene, as per the media statement.
