Final opportunity to get hold of 34 % & 15% bonus shares of Swarojgar Laghubitta & Mahalaxmi Finance respectively

Swarojgar Laghubitta Bikas Bank Limited (SLBBL) is convening its 7th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Poush 11, 2072). The AGM is going to be held atCW Restaurant, Kamaladi, Kathmandu at 11:00 AM.
AGM of SLBBL is expected to endorse 34.2% percent bonus share to its shareholders and 1.8 percent cash dividend (for tax purpose) from the net profit it earned from the fiscal year 2071/72.
Only those shareholders owning shares till today, Mangsir 14 will be entitled to the bonus share of the company. The register of their shareholders will remain close from Mangsir 15, 2072 till Poush 11, 2072 for the purpose of its upcoming AGM.
Swarojgar Laghubitta had earned a net profit of Rs 60.93 lakhs in the first quarter fiscal year 2072/73.
Likewise, Mahalaxmi Finance Company Limited (MFL) will be convening its 20th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Mangsir 25, 2072 at 11:30 AM. The AGM will be held at Yellow Pagoda, Kantipath, Kathmandu.
Today is the last day to get hold of 15 percent bonus share and 0.79 percent cash dividend (for tax purpose) from the net profit it earned from the fiscal year 2071/72. The register of their shareholders will remain close from Mangsir 15, 2072 till Mangsir 25, 2072 for the purpose of its upcoming AGM.
At present Mahalaxmi Finance has a paid up capital of Rs. 42 crore. After the issuance of 15 percent bonus share its paid up capital will reach to Rs 48.30 crore .
