Everest Insurance Q3 earnings decline to Rs 63.99 lakh ; policy holders grew to 5654

Everest Insurance Company Limited (EIC) has posted a decline in quarterly earnings. The company’s profit in the third quarter of 2071/72 dropped 83% to Rs 63.99 lakh from Rs 3.76 crore in the corresponding period last year 2070/71.
The company’s earnings from premiums rose to Rs 3.50 crore in the third quarter 0f 2071/72 up from Rs 2.50 crore in the corresponding period last year 2070/71.
Meanwhile, the number of policy subscriber’s increase to 5,654 from 2,569.
The company has a paid up capital of Rs 10.09 crore. It’s annualized EPS stands at Rs 6.32 and net worth per share at Rs 259.84.
