Everest Insurance Company has convened its 24th AGM on Ashoj 1, 2076 where the financial reports and special proposals were presented by the company’s chairman Mr. Rajiv Sapkota.
Along with the discussion and clarification of several facets of insurance’s business, the AGM has also provided authority to the board to carry forward the merger/acquisition process with other suitable institutions, as per the statement.
