Everest Bank Signs Agreement with Gateway Payment Nepal; to ease QR based transaction and remittance flow between two countries

Everest Bank Limited has signed agreement with Gateway Payment Nepal Pvt. Ltd to enable digital payment ecosystem, such that its customers can now scan and initiate QR payments in India for goods and services purchased at various outlets which accepts PayTM, GooglePay, PhonePe etc. It also enable Nepalese migrants residing in India to send money directly to their Everest Bank’s account. It will also enable Indian tourists traveling to Nepal to make payments at any merchant in Nepal and vice versa.
