Everest Bank proposes 20% cash dividend; Shareholders to receive cash dividend worth Rs 1.60 arba after approval from NRB and AGM

Everest Bank Limited (EBL) has proposed 20% cash dividend for its shareholders.
As per the notice published in NEPSE, the bank has proposed 20% cash dividend worth Rs 1.60 arba for its shareholders for the FY 2074/75.
The decision taken by its 298th board meeting is subject to approval from Nepal Rastra Bank and upcoming AGM of the bank.
The bank had distributed 33% bonus shares for the FY 2073/74.
