Do you hold shares of Spars Laghubitta? The microfinance brings 13.65% dividend to its shareholders!

Nepal Stock Exchange Limited (NEPSE) has published a notice regarding the dividend decision of Sparsh Laghubiita Bittiya Sanstha Limited (SPARS).

The 50th BOD meeting of the microfinance has decided that the company will be distributing 13.65% dividend (including tax) for the shareholders out of the profits of FY 75/76. Shareholders will get Rs Rs 1.07 crore (13%) bonus shares and Rs 5.67 lakhs (0.68%) cash dividend.

This decision is subject to approval from the NRB.

The microfinance has stated that its net profit surged to Rs 1.56 crore in fourth quarter as compared to Rs 1.01 lakh in the corresponding quarter of the last fiscal year 2074/75. Sparsha Laghubitta has paid up capital of Rs 8.29 crore. Its reserve has increased to Rs 1.58 crore.
