Dish Media Network set to issue IPO to general public; SEBON adds the issue to pipeline

Securities Exchange Board of Nepal (SEBON) has added the proposed IPO issue of Dish Media Network Limited (DMNL) under preliminary review in the latest list of IPO issues in the pipeline published.

The company is proposing to come out with an IPO of 2,385,929 equity shares with a face value NPR 100 each, at par. The amount of the issue is Rs 23.85 Crore. 

Global IME Capital Limited has been appointed as the issue manager for the proposed IPO issuance.

Dish Media Network Limited (DMNL) is Nepal’s leading Direct–to–Home (DTH) service provider with an active customer base of around 1.13 Million as of Mid-April 2020. DMNL was incorporated in 2010 after the merger of two DTH providers namely Satellite Channel Pvt. Ltd. and Dish Media Network Pvt. Ltd.; and later converted to public limited on July 2, 2017. DMNL has presence all over Nepal with 85 number of dealers, more than 3500 number of sub-dealer, and 1300 plus service franchises. Sandmartin International Holding Limited is the major shareholder of the company which holds 47% in DMNL.
