Deprosc Laghubitta successfully conducts 17th AGM; endorses 20% dividend for its shareholders

Deprosc Laghubitta has conducted its 17th AGM on Magh 11, 2075 in Chitwan. The AGM which was concluded under the leadership of microfinance’s chairman Mr. Dipak Khanal has endorsed 10% bonus shares and same 10% cash dividend to its shareholders.
The AGM was also attended by microfinance’s CEO Mr. Amraj Khadka , Company Secretary Mr. Gyanendra Prashad Aryal among others.
After the capitalization of the bonus shares, its paid up value will scale up to Rs 77.34 crore.
The national level microfinance current provides microcredit facilities through its 116 branches located in 70 districts of the nation.
