Deprosc Laghubitta Bikas Bank changes name to Deprosc Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha

Deprosc Laghubitta Bikas Bank Limited (DDBL) has changed name of the company.
As per the notice published by the microfinance company today, the decision of 16th AGM of the company conducted on Poush 27, 2074 to change the name to “Deprosc Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited” has been approved by the Office of Company Registrar (OCR) on Baishakh 9, 2075. All the assets and liabilities in the name of Deprosc Laghubitta Bikas Bank Limited will now be responsibilities of Deprosc Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited.
