Deadline Extended for "10.25% Nepal SBI Bank Debenture 2083" Till Shrawan 04

Nepal SBI Bank Limited has extended the public issue of the "10.25% Nepal SBI Bank Debenture 2083" The issue had opened on 22nd Ashad. Earlier, the bank had notified that the issue would close on 27th Ashad (Monday) but since the issue has not been subscribed fully the deadline has been extended till Shrawan 4.

30,00,000 units have been issued at a par value of Rs.1000 per unit. 40% i.e. 12 lakh units worth Rs. 1.20 Arba have been issued for the general public. Meanwhile, 60% i.e. 18 lakh units will be subscribed via private placement.

Investors can apply for a minimum of 25 units to a maximum of 12 lakh units. Sanima Capital has been appointed the issue manager. As the name suggests, "10.25% Nepal SBI Bank Debenture 2083" has a maturity period of 5 years and will yield 10.25% annual returns to unitholders.
