Cutoff Price for 9.68 lakh units ordinary shares of Nepal Bangladesh Bank stood at Rs 368

Nepal Bangladesh Bank Limited (NBB) had auctioned 9,68,609.80 units ordinary share and 19,511 units promoter share from Ashad 14, 2074 till Ashad 21, 2074. The bid was opened on Friday (Ashad 23, 2074).
An official of Global IME Capital Limited, which managed the auction for Nepal Bangladesh Bank, informed that preliminary cutoff price for 9,68,609.80 units ordinary shares stood at Rs 368. The highest bid amount for the auction shares received was Rs 415. Total 3,327 applicants had submitted their bids for 9,68,609.80 units of ordinary shares.
Likewise for 19,511 units promoter shares the cut off price was set at Rs 155. Only 3 applicants had applied for the auction of promoter shares.
Nepal Bangladesh Bank has earned net profit of Rs 82.76 crore in the 3rd quarter of the fiscal year 2073/74.
Its last traded price stood at Rs 411 as on July 6, 2017.
