Cutoff Price for 51,758 units auctioned ordinary shares of Deprosc Laghubitta at Rs 1206; Still 49,698 units shares unclaimed

Nepal Bank Limited (NBL) had auctioned 51,758 unit ordinary shares of Deprosc Laghubitta Bikas Bank Limited (DDBL) from Ashwin 9, 2074 till Ashwin 23, 2074. The bids were opened today at Siddhartha Capital Limited at 7:00 AM. An official of Siddhartha Capital, the issue manager of the auction, informed that the cutoff price has been set at Rs 1206. Highest bid of Rs 1210 was received. Out of 14 applicants, only 4applicants grabbed the shares. Around 49,698 shares are still unsubscribed. The bank had re-auctioned 51,758 shares after all 1.80 lakh units auctioned shares of DDBL were not claimed in the previous auction. DDBL’s last traded price (LTP) stood at Rs 1186 as of last trading day.
