Cutoff price for 1.13 lakh units auctioned shares of Muktinath Bikas Bank stood at Rs 613

Muktinath Bikas Bank had auctioned its ordinary and promoter right shares to the general public from Magh 12 to Magh 19, 2073. The cutoff price for ordinary shares stood at Rs 613, and for promoter shares was Rs 301. As per an official of NIBL Capital Markets, the manager for the auction, a highest bid of Rs 735 was received for ordinary shares. 142 out of 431 applicants got the shares. Lowest bid for the ordinary shares was Rs 431. Similarly, a highest bid of Rs 451 was received for promoter shares. 3 out of 5 applicants got the promoter shares. The development bank had sold 1,03,167.25 units ordinary shares and 10,493.50 promoter shares after the rights shares issued on Ashwin 21, 2073 were not fully subscribed by the shareholders. The bank had offered right shares in the ratio of 2:1. MNBBL has earned Rs 22.32 million till the second quarter of the fiscal year 2073/74. Its closing price on the last day of auction stood at Rs 760.
