Cut off price for 4.33 lakh unit ordinary shares of NIC Asia Bank stood at Rs 792; LTP at Rs 849

NIC Asia Bank Limited (NICA) had auctioned its 4,33,901 units ordinary shares and 55 units Promoter share to the general public from Shrawan 6  till Shrawan 20, 2073. The bid was opened on Shrawan 21, 2073 (Friday) at 11:00 AM According to Kamal Khatri, Assistant Manager of Civil Capital Market Limited said, the bank set the cut-off price for the 433,901 units ordinary shares at Rs 792. The highest bid amount for the auction shares received was Rs 991. Total 1598 applicants submitted their bids for 433,901 units of ordinary shares. NICA had earned a net profit of Rs. 1.07 arba in the fourth quarter of the fiscal year 2072/73. The last trading price (LTP) of the shares stood at Rs 849 as on August 7, 2016.
