Cut off price for 1.68 lakh unit auctioned ordinary shares of Sanima Bank stood Rs 690

Sanima Bank Limited (SANIMA) had auctioned 1,68,531.97 units ordinary right shares to the general public from Ashwin 9, 2073 to Ashwin 16, 2073. The bid was opened yesterday (Ashwin 17, 2073) at 3:30 PM. An official of Sanima Capital Limited managing the auction for Sanima Bank informed that, the cut off price for 1, 68,531.97 unit ordinary shares stood at Rs 690. The highest bid amount for the auction shares received was Rs 805. Only 753 applicants have submitted their bids for 1, 68,531.97 unit ordinary shares and 223of them got shares. Sanima Bank has earned net profit of Rs 1.04 arba in the fourth quarter of the fiscal year 2072/73 as per unaudited report. Its last traded price stood at Rs 658 as on October 3, 2016.
