Cut off price for 1.58 lakh units auctioned ordinary shares of Siddhartha Bank stood at Rs 812.5

Siddhartha Bank Limited (SBL) had auctioned 1,58,517.90 units ordinary shares to the general public from Magh 11, 2073 till Magh 17, 2073. The bid was opened yesterday (Magh 18, 2073) at 3:00 PM. An official of Siddhartha Capital Limited, managing the auction for Siddhartha Bank informed that the cut off price for 1, 58,517.90 unit ordinary shares stood at Rs 812.5. The highest bid amount for the auction shares received was Rs 960. The lowest bid amount was Rs 100. Total, 826 applicants submitted their bids for the auctioned ordinary shares in which 344 applicants got the shares. Its Last Traded Price (LTP) stood at Rs 900 as on January 31, 2017. Siddhartha Bank Limited has earned Rs 74.94 crore up to the second quarter of the fiscal year 2073/74.
