Cut off price for 1.46 lakh unit auctioned ordinary shares of Sanima Mai Hydropower stood Rs 505

Sanima Mai Hydropower Company Limited (SHPC) had auctioned its 1,46,592 units ordinary shares to the general public from Mangsir 11, 2074 till Mangsir 20, 2074. The bids were opened yesterday (Mangsir 27, 2074) at Sunrise Capital, Kamalpokhari. An official of Sunrise Capital, which managed the auction for SHPC informed that, the cut off price for 1,46,592  unit ordinary shares stood at Rs 505. The highest bid amount for the auction shares received was Rs 560. Total 1,297 applicants have submitted their bids for ordinary shares. SHPC had earned Rs 15.19 crore in the first quarter of the ongoing FY 2074/75.Its current paid up capital stands at Rs 1.05 arba. After 100% right share adjustment, it paid up capital reached Rs 2.11 arba. Its last closing price stood at Rs 540 as of yesterday.
