Cut off price for 1.10 lakh unit auctioned right shares of ordinary group of Reliance Finance stood at Rs 106.11; About 5 lakh unit shares of promoter group remain unsold

Reliance Finance Limited has allotted all of its auctioned 5,42,314.52 units promoter shares and 1,10,626.08 units ordinary shares on Chaitra 15, 2074.
For the promoter shares, 4 applications were received and the applicants were allotted as per their demands. All the applicants applying for right shares of promoters group had applied for the shares at Rs 100 each.
In case of the ordinary shareholders group, 270 applicants had placed their bids for 1,10,626.08 unit shares. Out of them, 52 applicants received shares as per their demand at Rs 106.11 and 21 applicants received proportionately at Rs 106.
Sunrise Capital has been appointed as the issue manager for the auction.
Out of 5.42 lakh unit right shares of promoters group, about 5 lakh unit shares remain unsold which will be re-auctioned in the near future.
