Closing day of 100% right shares issue of Womi Laghubitta; investors can apply till banking hour today

Womi Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Ltd (WOMI) is closing the issue 100% right shares to its shareholders from today (Bhadra 11, 2076). This issue was opened since Shrawan 9, 2076. The eligible investors are requested to apply before closing.

WOMI is issuing 10,10,880 units right shares at par value of Rs 100 making equal to its current capital of Rs 10,10,88,000. The paid-up capital of WOMI after 1:1 right share will be Rs 20,21,76,000.

Siddhartha Capital Limited is appointed as issue manager for right share issuance.

ICRA Nepal has assigned Grade 4+ rating to the right issue of WOMI which is below average fundamentals.

The book closure date for the right share issuance was on Ashadh 27, 2076, i.e. the shareholders who hold the shares of WOMI till Ashadh 26, 2076 will be eligible for the right share.

WOMI is in the verge of merger with Nagarik Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited.
