Civil Laghubitta proposes 10% dividend from profit till 2075/76; Divided includes 5% cash and 5% bonus

Civil Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha (CLBSL) has proposed 10% dividend for its shareholders from its accumulated profit till FY 2075/76.
The 138th Board Meeting of the microfinance held on Ashwin 05, 2076 has decided to propose 5% bonus and 5% cash dividend for its shareholders. The details are:
Paid-up capital: Rs 11 crore 41 lakh 14 thousand
Bonus shares: 5% worth Rs 57 lakh 5 thousand 700
Cash dividend:5% worth Rs 57 lakh 5 thousand 700 (Including tax amount)
Paid-up capital after adjustment: Rs 11.98 crore
The proposal is subject to approval from Nepal Rastra Bank and the upcoming AGM of microfinance.
