Civil Bank opens new branch at Biratchowk of Morang district

Civil Bank Limited has opened its branch at Biratchowk of Morang District. Biratchowk Branch is the relocated branch of Itahari-I Branch, which had to be relocated due to duplication of branches in Itahari area as a result of merger. With this, the Bank now has presence both in Itahari and Biratchowk. Board member of the Bank, Prof. Dr. Ramesh Dahal inaugurated the Branch amidst function. CEO of the Bank, Entrepreneurs & local denizens were present during the inaugural function.
The press release issued by the bank today quoted the CEO Mr. Gobinda Gurung,” Along with the fulfillment of Corporate Social Responsibility, Civil Bank is committed for continuous improvement in service delivery and network expansion to provide the best possible services/products to its valued customers and further pledge its commitment towards working for the best interest of all the stakeholders”.
The Bank has posted net profit of NPR 11 crore by the first quarter of this fiscal year, which is a growth of 679.18% in comparison to corresponding period last year. The Bank has called for 40% rights share from 8th December 2017 to increase the capital to NPR 8.00 arba including that of capital reserve and the profit of last fiscal year.
