Citizens Bank to convene 13th AGM on Ashoj 10, 2076; Proposal to approve 15% dividend

Citizens Bank International (CZBIL) will be convening its 13th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Ashoj 10, 2076 (September 27, 2019) in the premises of Amritbhog, Kalikasthan, Dillibazar from 9 AM onwards.
The bank has proposed cash dividend of 12% worth Rs 1 arba 45 lakh 27 thousand 773 and bonus shares of 3% worth Rs 25.11 crore to its shareholders from the profit it made in the previous fiscal year. The approval of this dividend will be the main agenda of the AGM.
The other agendas include:
- Discussion and approval of annual report presented by BOD and the financial highlights for the year.
- Amendment in company's AOA regarding increment in issued and paid-up capital.
The bank's book closure date has been set on Bhadra 31, 2076 for the purpose of AGM and dividend distribution.
