Citizens Bank opens relief fund account for flood victims; announces to contribute Rs 11 lakh

Citizens Bank International Limited has announced financial aid of Rs 11 lakh to the recent flood victims of different affected area of the country. The amount will be deposited in Prime Ministers’ Disaster Relief Fund. Earlier also the bank had provided financial aid of Rs 1 crore to the earthquake victims. According to a press release published today, In order to collect money for the Prime Ministers’ Disaster Relief Fund the bank has also set up an account dedicated to collecting funds for flood victims with an account number 0010002562CA and has requested all the donors, employees, organizations, business firms to deposits funds for the victims in the account. The deposited amount in the account will be donated to help the flood victim. Citizens Bank has expressed its heartfelt grief to the losses of lives. The bank will continue to provide help in the near future as well.
