Citizens Bank brings chatbot service Citizens Sathi; to provide more technology-friendly services to its service seekers
Citizens Bank International has launched its chatbot service Citizens Sathi on its website so as to be more interactive with its service seekers and to immediately respond to their concerns.
The bank currently has 180 branches, 133 ATM outlets, and 96 branchless banking units under its network.
