Chilime Hydropower urges investors to collect cash dividend due since FY 69/70; stresses on dematerialization of shares

Chilime Hydropower Company Limited (CHCL) urges its shareholders to collect the cash dividend which is due since before fiscal year 2069/70.

Shareholders are requested to collect the cash dividend from, Sidhhartha Capital Limited, the share register company of CHCL within 30 days of this notice. And those shareholders who didn’t collect cash dividend before fiscal year 2067/68 are requested to collect cash dividend from CHCL registered office, Dhumbarahi. Whereas cash dividend of after 2069/70 can be collected from Sidhhartha Capital Limited.

In addition, cash dividend of fiscal year 2073/74 and 2074/75 will be deposited directly into bank account mentioned in DEMAT account. So every shareholder are requested to dematerialize their shares.
