Chhyangdi Hydropower 5.40 lakh units IPO shares added in SEBON pipeline

Chhyangdi Hydopower Limited has been added in Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON) pipeline today to seek approval for the issuance of 5.40 lakh units shares worth Rs 5.40 crore as part of its Initial Public Offering (IPO) for general public.
Global IME Capital Limited has been assigned as the issue manager for the IPO issue.
Recently, Chhyangdi Hydopower had allotted 2, 70,000 unit IPO shares worth Rs 2.70 crore for the locals of project affected people of Lamjung district.
Chhyangdi was established on September 2, 2007 as a private limited company. The company is developing Channdi Khola Hydropower project (2 MW) in Lamjung district, Nepal.
After the IPO for the locals of project affected area, the paid up has reached Rs 21.60 crore. After issuance of 5.40 lakh units IPO shares worth Rs 5.40 crore to general public, its paid up capital will reach Rs 27 crore.
