Chhimek Laghubitta Posted Rs 71.7 Crore Net Profit In Q3; EPS Stands Rs 41.14

Chhimek Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (CBBL) published the third-quarter report of FY 2078/2079 with a decline in net profit by 24.99%. As per the report published by the company, the net profit decreased to Rs. 71.7 Crores as compared to Rs. 95.5 crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous year.
The borrowings of the company also decreased by 12.27% to Rs. 5.45 Arba which was Rs. 6.21 Arba in the corresponding quarter of the previous year. The deposits of the company increased by 14.95% to Rs 25.79 arba. The company’s loans and advances have also increased by 29.38% to 32.20 Arba in this quarter.
The net interest income (core revenue) has increased by 15.11% to Rs. 1.75 arba compared to Rs. 1.52 arba in the corresponding quarter of the previous year.
The paid-up capital of the company stood at Rs. 2.32 Arba in this quarter and its reserve and surplus stood at Rs. 3.25 Arba which is an increase of 1.62% in this quarter.
Its annualized earnings per share (EPS) stand at Rs. 41.14. The net worth per share is Rs. 241.68. The company traded at a P/E multiple of 27.20 times.
