Chhimek Laghubitta is Closing the Auction for 69,000 Units Today

The existing promoter of Chhimek Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha (CBBL) is closing the auction of 69,000 units of shares to the promoter shareholders/other persons/institutions from today, i.e., 12th Chaitra, 2082. The auction was opened on 27th Falgun, 2082.

69,000 units of promoter shares will be auctioned. Interested individuals are requested to bid for the auction. Nepal Life Capital Limited has been appointed as the issue manager of this rights share. The minimum bid rate for the auction is set at Rs. 445.The minimum bid quantity for the shares is 5000 units.

Although bidders can bid for the entire issue, they must adhere to the regulatory board's rule, which restricts exceeding the specified share quantity per entity.
