Siddhartha bank Ltd. has informed NEPSE on 2072-03-28 that the BOD meeting of the company has approved the resignation of the director Mr. Bishwanath Shaha. The same meeting has appointed Mr. Birendra Kumar Shaha as the director for the remaining period.
