Century Commercial Bank starts joint transaction after acquiring Sagarmatha Finance
Century Commercial Bank Limited (CCBL) has started its joint transaction with Sagarmatha Finance Limited after completion of acquisition process on Ashad 31, 2074.
As per the press release published by the bank yesterday, the bank had organized the program for the joint transaction yesterday and the finance minister Mr. Gyanendra Bahadur Karki had inaugurated the program.
After acquisition, the bank’s capital reached Rs 5.46 arba and the branch offices has reached 66.
In addition, Century Commercial Bank is in final process of acquisition of Alpine Development Bank and Seti Finance. CCBL is also issuing 40% right shares to its shareholders from Shrawan 16.
After completion of acquisition with these BFIs,Century Commercial Bank will easily fulfill the paid up capital up to Rs 8 arba as directed by NRB. The number of branches of the bank will reach 90 after acquisitions.
