Century Commercial Bank lists 74.70 lakh units shares of Sagarmatha Finance

Century Commercial Bank Limited (CCBL) has listed 74,70,652.75 units shares belonging to the shareholders of Sagarmatha Finance Limited (SAFL). As per the notice published in Nepal Stock Exchange today, Century Commercial Bank has listed 74,70,652.75 units shares after successful acquisition of Sagarmatha Finance. Now, previous shareholders of Sagarmatha Finance can freely trade their shares in the name of  Century Commercial Bank after the shares are deposited in their demat accounts. CCBL had acquired Sagarmatha Finance in share swap ratio of 100:95. Shareholders having 100 units shares of SAFL are given 95 units shares of CCBL. Their joint operation had started from Asadh 31, 2074. Century Commercial Bank’s paid up capital currently stands at Rs 4.71 arba and after acquisition of Sagarmatha Finance, Century Commercial Bank will raise around Rs 74 crore in capital.
