Century Bank postpones 9th AGM until further notice to avoid gathering of more than 25 people

The 9th AGM of Century Commercial Bank Limited (CCBL) was to be held on Chaitra 14, 2076 (March 27, 2020). The 308th BOD meeting held on Chaitra 6, 2076 has decided to postpone the AGM indefinitely.
As per the notice, amidst COVID-19 fears the government recommended to prevent any gathering of more than 25 people due to which the AGM of the commercial bank has been delayed until further notice.
