Central & ICFC Finance declares 22.5% & 17% bonus share respectively

Central Finance Limited (CFCL) has decided to distribute 22.5 percent bonus share to its shareholders.
As per the notice published in NEPSE today, the 215th BOD meeting held on Bhadra 31, 2073 has proposed 22.5 percent stock and 1.18% cash dividend to its shareholders from the net profit it earned in the last fiscal year 2072/73.
The decision is subjected to approval from Nepal Rastra Bank and the bank’s upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM).
Last year, CFCL had distributed 33 % bonus share to its shareholders.
Central Finance has earned net profit of Rs 7.91 crore in the fourth quarter of the fiscal year 2072/73 as per unaudited report. It’s paid up capital stands at Rs 24.67 crore. After distribution of 22.5 % bonus share the paid up capital will reach to Rs 30.22 crore.
Similarly, ICFC Finance Limited (ICFC) has decided to distribute 17 percent bonus share to its shareholders.
As per the notice published in NEPSE today, the company has proposed 17 percent stock and 0.89 % cash dividend to its shareholders from the net profit it earned in the last fiscal year 2072/73.
The decision is subjected to approval from Nepal Rastra Bank and the bank’s upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM).
Last year, ICFC had distributed 10.5 % bonus share to its shareholders.
ICFC has earned net profit of Rs 15.37 crore in the fourth quarter of the fiscal year 2072/73 as per unaudited report. It’s paid up capital stands at Rs 68.52 crore. After distribution of 17 % bonus share the paid up capital will reach to Rs 80.16 crore.
