Central Finance’s auctioned 2.39 lakh unit shares still unsubscribed; 2.16 lakh unit shares allotted to the valid applicants

Central Finance Limited (CFCL) has allotted its auctioned 4.56 lakh unit promoter shares to its shares.
The finance company has allotted 2,16,500 unit promoter shares to the valid applicants.
Remaining 2,39,808.725 units will be re-auctioned to the general public.
NIBL Ace Capital has been appointed as the issue manager for the auction of the shares. The cutoff for the auctioned shares stood at Rs 100.
