Himalayan Life Insurance Limited Purchases Land Worth Over Rs. 75.81 Crores for Business Expansion

Himalayan Life Insurance Limited has announced the acquisition of land in Chabahil, Kathmandu Metropolitan City-6, for its business expansion purposes. The purchase was made with the approval of the Nepal Insurance Authority.
The total land area acquired is 3,688.20 square meters, consisting of four different land plots. These include Plot No. 10 (162.20 sq. meters) and Plot No. 191 (2,126 sq. meters) registered under the names of Kishan Lal Shrestha and Dhurba Kumari Shrestha; Plot No. 310 (172.86 sq. meters) under the name of Sundar Kumar Shrestha; and Plot No. 311 (1,227.14 sq. meters) again under the name of Kishan Lal Shrestha.
The total purchase amount stands at Rs. 72 crores, with an additional registration fee of Rs. 38,160,000. In total, the company has spent Rs. 758,160,000 for the acquisition, which was completed on the 30th of Ashadh, 2082. The company disclosed this information to inform stakeholders of the significant investment in its infrastructure and long-term growth plans.
