CDS and Clearing conducts its 7th AGM; overcomes its earlier net loss and accumulates 2.21 crore into its reserve

CDSC Limited has conducted its 7th AGM on Poush 27, 2074. The AGM was chaired by the chairman of CDSC Mr. Chandra Singh Saud which endorsed the financial statement and other highlights of the market. DSC02005 Issuing the press statement, CDSC has informed that the total number of companies registered with CDSC with their shares dematerialized has reached to 187. It was further informed that the total number of Depository Partners (DP) has reached to 65 including the newly approved 4 DPs in the fiscal year 2073-74. Now, citizens in 73 districts can avail the facilities from the Depository Partners through their networks in these districts, reads the statement. More than 4.78 lakh D-mat accounts had been opened in the fiscal year 2073-74 that is an increament of 36.13% in comparison to that of the previous year. In addition, 1.05 arba units of shares have been dematerialized in the fiscal year 2073-74 which is more than 16.71% to that of the previous fiscal year. The company has earned Rs. 15.18 crore in the fiscal year 2073-74 which is more than 27.64% from its earlier income. The company has overcame its earlier financial position of net loss by erning a net profit in the FY 2073-74 and was able to accumulate more than Rs. 2.21 crore into its reserve, further reads the press statement.
