Cash Dividend Declared: 5.55% Return for NADDF, 8.65% For NICSF, 10.10% For NICFC, And 9.90% For NICBF

NIC Asia Select-30 (NICSF), NIC Asia Flexi Cap Fund (NICFC), NIC ASIA Balanced Fund (NICBF), and NIC Asia Dynamic Debt Fund (NADDF) have declared the dividend for the fiscal year 2081/82, respectively.

The 160th meeting of the board of directors of NIC Capital Limited, held on Shrawan 18, has resolved to distribute the following dividends for the fiscal year 2081/82: a 5.55% return to NADDF; a 8.65% cash dividend (including tax), amounting to Rs. 10.81 crores, to the unitholders of NICSF; a 10.10% cash dividend (including tax), totaling Rs. 10.30 crores, to the unitholders of NICFC; and a 9.90% cash dividend (including tax), equating to Rs. 7.47 crores, to the unitholders of NICBF.

NIC Asia Dynamic Fund is an open-ended fund, while NICSF, NICFC, and NICBF are closed-end funds with maturity periods of 7 years and 10 years, respectively. All these mutual fund schemes are sponsored by NIC Asia Bank and managed by NIC Asia Capital.

For the month of Ashadh, the Net Asset Values (NAVs) for various funds are reported as follows: NICSF has an NAV of Rs. 11.24 and closed at Rs. 9.62; NICFC has an NAV of Rs. 11.64 with a closing value of Rs. 9.97; NICBF has an NAV of Rs. 11.42 and closed at Rs. 9.96. Additionally, NADDF has an NAV of Rs. 10.72.

NIC Asia Capital Limited has declared the book closure date for the dividend of its closed-end mutual fund scheme. 29th Shrawan is the book closure date. Thus, unit holders maintained till the 28th Shrawan are entitled to the dividend payout.
