Capital Expenditure at Meager 22.66% of Budget, Revenue Meets 59.67% of Target

The Financial Comptroller General Office has unveiled the Daily Receipts & Payments Status.

According to the report, capital expenditure worth Rs. 69.8 crores was carried out yesterday, i.e. Thursday, Chaitra 10. Thus, the nation's total capital expenditure in this fiscal year is now Rs. 85.69 Arba. This is only 22.66% of the total target budget of Rs. 3.78 Kharba.

On the other side of things, the Financial Comptroller General Office has reported a tax revenue of Rs. 3.02 Arba for the day and a non-tax revenue of Rs. 8.13 crores. Other receipts worth Rs. 4.5 crores has been recorded for the day.

With this, the tax revenue to date is Rs. 6.46 Kharba and the non-tax revenue is Rs. 57.61 Arba, which is 60.67% and 51.15% of the yearly target budget respectively.
