Book closure for the 25.93% right issue of Excel Dev. Bank on Poush 28

Excel Development Bank Limited (EDBL) 9^thAGM held on Poush 26, 2071 had approved 4:1.0370(25.93%) right shares to their shareholders and now the bank has announced the book closure date for the same. The book closure date for 4:1.03 right issues has been set for Poush 28. Only the shares registered one day ahead of the book closure date i.e. Poush 27 will be eligible for the right shares. Excel had earned net profit of Rs 1.73 crore in the first quarter of the current fiscal year 2072/73. Ace Capital Limited has been assigned as the issue manager. Its last traded price stood at Rs 690 as on December 31, 2015. ICRA Nepal has assigned an “[ICRANP] IPO Grade 4+”, indicating below-average fundamentals to the proposed rights issue.
