Book Closure for 25% cash dividend of Laxmi Value Fund-1 on Shrawan 25; only 4 trading days left

Laxmi Value Fund -1 (LVF1) has set Shrawan 25, 2074 as the book closure date for its 25% cash dividend. Only those unit holders having shares one trading day ahead of the book closure date i.e. till Shrawan 24, 2074 are eligible for the cash dividend. As per the notice published today, the register of unit holders of Laxmi Value Fund will be closed on Shrawan 25 for the purpose of distributing 25% cash dividend to its unit holders. Laxmi Value Fund, a 5 years close-ended mutual fund scheme managed by Laxmi Capital Market Limited. Its NAV surges to Rs. 13.98 in Ashad end. The scheme, which was launched with a total fund of Rs 50 crore, has invested 32.94 crore in the shares of listed companies and Rs 2.77 crore in public issues. Last year also, LVF1 had distributed 25% cash dividend from the profit it made in the fiscal year 72/73.
