The 373rd BOD meeting of Neco Insurance Limited (NIL) has decided the 23rd AGM of the company will be held on 14th Bhadra, 2076.
The AGM will be endorsing 12% bonus shares worth Rs.14.11 Crore and 0.63% cash dividend worth Rs.74.29 Lakhs (for tax purposes) for the shareholders out of the profits of FY 74/75. The current paid up capital of the company stands at Rs.1.17 Arba
For this purpose, the books of the company will remain closed from 3rd Bhadra, 2076. Investors holding shares of the company till 2nd Bhadra, 2076 will be eligible to claim the dividend and attend the AGM of the company.
