Book closure for 23rd AGM of Central Finance Limited on Magh 28, 2076; to endorse 7% cash dividend

Nepal Stock Exchange Limited (NEPSE) has published a notice regarding the AGM and book closure date of Central Finance Limited (CFCL).

As per the notice, the 284^th BOD meeting has decided that the 23^rd AGM of the company will be held on Falgun 16, 2076. For this purpose, the book closure date has been set on Magh 28, 2076. Investors holding shares of the company till Magh 27, 2076 will be eligible to participate in the AGM and claim the dividend.

The company has announced distribution of 7% cash dividend for the shareholders out of profits of FY 75/76.
