Book closure for 100% right issue of Sindhu Bikas Bank on Shrawan 7; Only 9 trading days left; LTP stood Rs 588

Sindhu Bikas Bank Limited (SINDU) 6th AGM held on Kartik 29, 2072 had approved 1:1 (100%) right shares to their shareholders and now the bank has announced the book closure date for the same.
The book closure date for 100% right issues has been set for Shrawan 7, 2073. Only the shares registered one day ahead of the book closure date i.e. Shrawan 6 will be eligible for the right shares.
Sindhu Bikas Bank has earned net profit of Rs 1.45 crore in the third quarter of the fiscal year 2072/73.Its paid up capital remains at Rs 12.09 crore. After 100% right issuance the paid up capital will reach Rs 24.18 crore.
NIBL Capital Market Limited has been assigned as the issue manager for the right issue.
Its last traded price stood at Rs 588 as on May 30, 2016.
